General and Additional Terms and Conditions
The Childcare Industry Association has established General Terms and Conditions for Daycare & After-School Care. These General Terms and Conditions provide you, as a parent/guardian, and us, as a childcare organization, with clarity regarding the contractual relationship and the agreements made regarding childcare. All deliveries and services are subject to De Kleine Wereld are also the Terms & Conditions en Additional Terms applicable as filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under file number 34187933.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

By means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by e-mail: planning@dekleinewereld.nl or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose., But you are not obligated to do so. If you exercise this option, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your cancellation.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you have requested that the performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided up to the time you communicate your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
