Quality & Safety
Attention Officer
Childcare facilities, among others, are required, as part of quality assurance, to use this reporting code when suspecting or detecting signs of domestic violence and child abuse. One of the (mandatory) steps of the reporting code law is to consult a qualified colleague or special needs officer. This implies that this specific expertise must also be available in-house. All our employees receive regular training, allowing us to have several experts on staff. We also have officially trained Child Abuse Special Needs Officers.
