General and payment terms

The Child Care Trade Association has drawn up General Terms and Conditions for daycare & After School Care . The general branch conditions provide you as a parent/guardian and us, as a child care organization, with clarity regarding the contractual relationship and the agreements made in the context of Childcare.

All deliveries and services of De Kleine Wereld are therefore subject to the General Terms and Conditions (ENG) and Payment Terms and Conditions (ENG) as filed with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under file number 34187933.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us:

Inform you of your decision to withdraw from the contract via an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by e-mail: planning@dekleinewereld.nl or by post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you have requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportionate to what has already been provided at the time you have notified us that you are withdrawing from the contract, compared to the full performance of the contract.
