Are you (almost) finished* your qualifying MBO or HBO education or are you a student and have completed 50 - 75% of your HBO degree? Are you looking for a challenging side job where you can enjoy going, where you can determine your availability in both school vacations and school weeks.

A job as Substitute Pedagogical Professional at De Kleine Wereld is the ideal job to combine with your studies to earn extra money during the vacations. You will work flexibly, working the days that suit you best and deciding for yourself how many hours per week you are available. As an enthusiastic Pedagogical Professional you and your colleagues will be responsible for the daily care, development and nurturing of a vertical/horizontal group of children. The ages of the children range from 0 to 12. You supervise children and provide a day of stimulation and fun, both in groups and individually. You organize challenging and appropriate activities aimed at the development of the children of different ages. In addition, you actively contribute to the daily care of the group space. In addition, you naturally maintain professional contact with parents/caregivers.

We offer you

Salary: a good salary (scale 6) between €2.539,-- €3.489,- gross per month based on 36 hours, in accordance with CAO Kinderopvang, depending on your education and experience.
You will also receive a 4% year-end bonus (paid in December).
Contract: we start with a contract for 12 months
Vacation allowance: you will receive your accrued vacation allowance (8%) and your leave allowance each month with your salary.
Secondary benefits: we also have good secondary benefits, such as a travel allowance or full public transport allowance, collective health insurance, pension accrual with pension fund Zorg & Welzijn, a bicycle plan and a vitality program.
Vitality program: at De Kleine Wereld we think vitality is important. The content of this program is up to you. There is a wide choice of webinars, online programs and online coaching. In addition, we work together with Sportcity and you can exercise for free.
Academy days & team outings: every spring and fall an academy day is organized for all of DKW. Instructive and fun! We end the day with a drink. In addition, each Location organizes a team outing every year, the content of which you determine yourself with your colleagues at Location.
Childcare Academy: there are extensive opportunities to develop yourself through our DKW Academy in the directions you find interesting.
 

About your qualities

You share with us the passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety, security and stimulate the children in their development. In addition, you hold an intermediate or higher vocational degree that allows you to work in childcare.

About De Kleine Wereld

At De Kleine Wereld we are - together with parents - engaged in parenting. We do this in a loving and professional environment where a child's enjoyment comes first.

The purpose of parenting is to prepare children as well as possible for independent and social participation in society. This means not only giving children the opportunity to develop undisturbed and free, but also imparting skills, knowledge, norms and values.

We do this through play.

Each Location has its own (cooperating) branch manager for supervision of staff and children, contact with parents and administrative tasks. From the service office, the Locations are supported in the areas of Human Resources, Planning, Finance and Pedagogy.
