Pedagogical Professional baby + toddler group (IKC Frankendael)

About the work

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who enjoys a variety of work. You will work one day a week at the baby group (Monday) and one day at the toddler group (Friday).

As a Pedagogical Professional , you will go to work with your colleagues full of energy and fun. Together you are responsible for the daily care, development and nurturing of the children. For ages 0 to 4, you will ensure that the children can develop, play and grow in a safe and pleasant environment.

You guide and stimulate the children, both in groups and individually, and maintain regular contact with parents/caregivers. Together with your colleagues, you make an active and professional contribution to consultation forms, in which the quality of care is discussed and improved.

We offer you

Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2,577 and €3,541 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week, in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare. The salary depends on your education and experience.
Vacations: You will receive 26 vacation days per year based on a 36-hour work week.
Vacation allowance and year-end bonus: You will receive 8% vacation allowance (paid in May) and a 4% year-end bonus (paid in December).
Contract: We start with a 12-month contract.

Academy days and team outings: twice a year, De Kleine Wereld organizes academy days for all employees. These days are both educational and fun, with drinks to end the day. In addition, each Location organizes an annual team outing, where you and your colleagues decide what to do.
Childcare Academy: Through our DKW Academy, you get extensive opportunities to develop yourself in the directions you find interesting.

About your qualities

You share with us the passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety, security and stimulate the children in their development. In addition, you hold an intermediate or higher vocational degree that allows you to work in childcare.

About De Kleine Wereld
