About the work

As a flex worker in the regional flexpool you will work at different childcare locations in Amsterdam at De Kleine Wereld & SamSam. This ensures a lot of variety, new experiences and a fun, dynamic work environment! Together with you we look at which locations suit you best, so you can do your job with pleasure and confidence.

We offer you

Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2,577 and €3,541 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week, in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare. The salary depends on your education and experience.
Vacations: You will receive 26 vacation days per year based on a 36-hour work week.
Vacation allowance and year-end bonus: You will receive 8% vacation allowance (paid in May) and a 4% year-end bonus (paid in December).
Contract: We start with a 12-month contract.

Bicycle plan: Through our bicycle plan, you can purchase a bicycle inexpensively.

Priority and discount on childcare: As an employee you have priority on a place for your own child and you get 5% discount on the cost.

Personal development

Academy days and team outings: twice a year, De Kleine Wereld organizes academy days for all employees. These days are both educational and fun, with drinks to end the day. In addition, each Location organizes an annual team outing, where you and your colleagues decide what to do.
Childcare Academy: Through our DKW Academy, you get extensive opportunities to develop yourself in the directions you find interesting.

About your qualities

• You are flexible, jumping in to fill rosters, ensuring the best care for the children.
• You are communicatively strong in Dutch, both orally and in writing, so that you can consult clearly with parents and colleagues.
