About the work

In the middle of Amsterdam you will find our warm and homey location Juliana. A place where children can freely develop, discover and most of all have fun! With spacious indoor spaces and a nice outdoor playground, we create a safe and challenging environment for the little ones.

We offer you

Salary: a good salary (scale 6) between €2.539,-- €3.489,- gross per month based on 36 hours, in accordance with CAO Kinderopvang, depending on your education and experience.
You will also receive 8% vacation allowance (paid in May) and 4% end of year allowance (paid in December).
Contract: we start with a contract for 12 months
Vacation days: you have 26 vacation days per year (based on 36 hours).
Secondary benefits: we have good secondary benefits, such as a travel allowance or full public transport allowance, collective health insurance, pension accrual with pension fund Zorg & Welzijn, a bicycle plan and a vitality program.
Vitality program: at De Kleine Wereld we think vitality is important. The content of this program is up to you. There is a wide choice of webinars, online programs and online coaching. In addition, we work together with Sportcity and you can exercise for free.
Academy days & team outings: every spring and fall an academy day is organized for all of DKW. Instructive and fun! We end the day with a drink. In addition, each Location organizes a team outing every year, the content of which you determine yourself with your colleagues at Location.
Childcare Academy: there are extensive opportunities to develop yourself through our DKW Academy in the directions you find interesting.
Priority and discounted child placement: you have priority access to Locations at De Kleine Wereld for your own child and receive a 5% discount.

About your qualities

You share with us the passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety, security and stimulate the children in their development. In addition, you hold an intermediate or higher vocational degree that allows you to work in childcare.

About De Kleine Wereld

Juliana is not just any Daycare, it is the oldest Daycare in Amsterdam! Since its founding in 1872 as a "daycare" on Warmoesstraat, Juliana has a rich history in childcare.
