About the work

For our location Frankendael in Amsterdam Oost we are looking for an enthusiastic Pedagogical Professional for the vertical group on Mondays (every other week) and Fridays. It is also possible to work every Friday on the vertical group and every Monday on the baby group. 

Our location is part of IKC Frankendael, an integrated child center with daycare, VVE, After School Care and primary education. Located in the lively Transvaal neighborhood, we offer children a safe and inspiring environment to play, discover and grow.

As a Pedagogical Professional , you will go to work with energy and fun. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the daily care, nurturing and development of children aged 0 to 4. You will create a warm and familiar atmosphere in which each child can develop at their own pace.

You will guide and encourage the children both individually and in groups and maintain good communication with parents/caregivers. You will also actively contribute to team meetings and site development.

We offer you

Salaris: Een aantrekkelijk salaris in schaal 6 tussen de €2.577,- en €3.541,- bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, conform de CAO Kinderopvang. Het salaris is afhankelijk van jouw opleiding en ervaring.
Contract: We starten met een contract van 12 maanden.
Vakantiedagen: Je krijgt 26 vakantiedagen per jaar op basis van een 36-urige werkweek.
Vakantietoeslag en Eindejaarsuitkering: Je ontvangt 8% vakantietoeslag (uitbetaald in mei) en een 5.5% eindejaarsuitkering (uitbetaald in december).

Reiskostenvergoeding: Je krijgt een reiskostenvergoeding (0.23 ct) of een volledige OV-vergoeding, afhankelijk van je voorkeur.
Pensioen: Je bouwt pensioen op bij het pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn.
Fietsplan: Via ons fietsplan kun je voordelig een fiets aanschaffen.
Vitaliteitsprogramma: Bij De Kleine Wereld vinden we vitaliteit erg belangrijk. Je kunt zelf kiezen uit een breed scala aan webinars,online programma’s en coaching via Hart van de Zaak. Ook hebben we een samenwerking met Sportcity, zodat je gratis kunt sporten.
Empowr: Een welzijnsplatform waar je als medewerker gratis gebruik van kunt maken. Empowr kan ondersteunen bij een gezonde werk-privé balans en biedt diverse soorten hulp aan zoals bijvoorbeeld coaching, budget coaching of mindfullness. 
Voorrang en korting op kinderopvang: Als medewerker heb je voorrang op een plek voor je eigen kind en krijg je 5% korting op de kosten.

Academiedagen en teamuitjes: Twee keer per jaar organiseert De Kleine Wereld academiedagen voor alle medewerkers. Deze dagen zijn zowel leerzaam als gezellig, met een borrel om de dag af te sluiten. Daarnaast organiseert elke locatie jaarlijks een teamuitje, waarbij jij samen met je collega’s bepaalt wat jullie gaan doen.
Kinderopvang Academie: Via onze DKW-academie krijg je uitgebreide mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen in de richtingen die jij interessant vindt.

About your qualities

You share with us the passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety, security and stimulate the children in their development. In addition, you hold an intermediate or higher vocational degree that allows you to work in childcare.

About De Kleine Wereld

At De Kleine Wereld we are - together with parents - engaged in parenting. We do this in a loving and professional environment where a child's enjoyment comes first.

The purpose of parenting is to prepare children as well as possible for independent and social participation in society. This means not only giving children the opportunity to develop undisturbed and free, but also imparting skills, knowledge, norms and values.

We do this through play.
After all, children learn through play.

Each Location has its own (cooperating) branch manager for supervision of staff and children, contact with parents and administrative tasks. From the service office, the Locations are supported in the areas of Human Resources, Planning, Finance and Pedagogy.
