Are you an enthusiastic pedagogical professional* who wants to make a difference in the lives of children? At our beautiful location on the Van Hilligaertstraat In Amsterdam, we work with a vertical group (0-4 years) where children of different ages play, discover, and grow together.
Our location is a familiar and lively address in De PijpHere we house both the daycare center and one after-school care group, creating a vibrant atmosphere where children of all ages interact together.
The absolute highlight? Our large garden. Whether it is raining or the sun is shining, the children head out there every day to climb, run, dig, and explore. An outdoor space that offers endless possibilities for your activities as an educational professional.
But for us, it is not just about the children. We invest just as much in our team. Whether it is a good conversation during lunch, forging a plan together for a theme week, or joining us for our traditional Dutch stamppot evening (together with parents), at our location we build genuine connections. Because we believe: if the team is right and the collaboration with parents is good, the children notice it too.
Directions
Our location is easily accessible by public transport and bicycle. Tram and bus stops are within walking distance, and there are plenty of bicycle parking spaces right outside the door.
We offer you
Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.641 – €3.630 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
ContractWe offer a one-year contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December).
Academy Evening & Development HouseOnce a year, we organize an academy evening, an informative and enjoyable gathering with drinks afterward. In addition, every employee has access to our Development Center, where you can participate in workshops and training sessions to further develop your skills.
Travel reimbursementYou will receive a travel allowance of €0,23 per km or a full public transport allowance, depending on your preference.

About your qualities
You share our passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety and security, and encourage their development. You also hold a vocational (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) diploma, which qualifies you to work in childcare.
