Our location at the Middenweg It is a cozy and warm place where it feels like coming home. We work with two groups, a baby group and a toddler group, in which every child receives the attention and care they deserve. The team works closely together, and you can feel it: there is a pleasant atmosphere of trust and involvement.
The location is within walking distance of the beautiful Frankendael Park and Oostpoort shopping center, in the middle of a lively neighborhood with everything within easy reach.
With the group and in the lead
As a hands-on location manager, you are both a committed colleague within the group and an inspiring leader in development. You combine working with the group with managerial duties in the office.
You play a key role in creating an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. This position is ideal for someone with experience in childcare who wants to advance towards location management.
You are given the space to learn, practice, and take on more responsibility step by step, with guidance where needed.
What are you going to do?
Your workdays in a nutshell
- You work with the group and are close to children, parents, and colleagues.
- You assist in coaching and guiding the team
- Together with the location manager, you monitor the pedagogical quality.
- You assist with the planning and organization of the daily staffing.
- You are a point of contact for parents and partners.
- You develop in taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the location
- You combine group work with managerial duties at the office.

We offer you
- Employment: Employment for 34 hours per week.
- Salary: An attractive salary in scale 8 between β¬3.213 and β¬4.390 gross per month (based on 36 hours), in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Childcare. The salary scale depends on your education and experience.
- contract: We start with a contract for 12 months.
- Holidays: 26 vacation days per year based on a 36-hour work week.
- Holiday allowance & year-end bonus: 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and 8% year-end bonus (paid in December).

- Travel allowance: β¬0,23 per kilometer or full public transport reimbursement, depending on your preference.

You have completed an MBO4 higher professional education or university education that allows you to work in childcare.

You have several years of experience in childcare.
