Imagine this: you start your workday in a green and peaceful environment in Amsterdam North. The babies greet you with a smile, there is enthusiastic play and exploration in the mixed-age group, and during your break, you take a walk outside with colleagues. For our location Aldebaranplein in Amsterdam North we are looking for one pedagogical professional/pedagogical staff member* for three days a week, working two days in the baby group and one day in the mixed-age group. If you have a different preference for working days, we would be happy to explore the possibilities with you!
About work
In this position, you combine working in the vertical group with the baby group, a varied role where no two days are the same. In the vertical group, you guide children of different ages who play together and learn from each other. In the baby group, you are a familiar and trusted face for the little ones. In both groups, you provide a warm, secure environment in which children are allowed to develop at their own pace. With attention, calm, and loving care, you guide them in their first discoveries.
We also enjoy going out, strolling through the Molenwijk neighborhood with the babies, sometimes picking up treats for the venue. Or heading to the NDSM wharf to look at the boats together. Little excursions that add that little something extra to the day.
The atmosphere at our location is open and warm. Everyone is welcome and can be themselves. We organize summer and winter parties together with parents and children, and then we enjoy a fun end-of-year celebration with the team. We also have fun initiatives like a clothing swap with colleagues and an annual team outing. Last year, we went VR gaming. New ideas? We'd love to hear them!

We offer you
Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.641 – €3.630 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
Contract: We offer a permanent contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December).

About your qualities
You share our passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety and security and stimulate their development. Additionally, you hold an MBO or HBO diploma that qualifies you to work in childcare.
