At our location in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid Every day, we work on creating a warm, familiar environment where children, parents, and colleagues feel welcome. For our baby group, we are looking for an enthusiastic pedagogical professional/pedagogical staff member* who wants to continue building this wonderful location together with us.
Our location van Baerlestraat opened almost a year ago and has developed into a small-scale place with a personal atmosphere. We work with a baby group and a mixed-age group, which means we know each other well and work closely together. The location is close to Vondelpark and Museumplein and is easily accessible by bicycle and public transport.

We offer you
Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.681 – €3.684 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
Contract: We start with a annual contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December).
Academy Evening & Development HouseOnce a year, we organize an academy evening, an informative and enjoyable gathering with drinks afterward. In addition, every employee has access to our Development Center, where you can participate in workshops and training sessions to further develop your skills.
Travel reimbursementYou will receive a travel allowance of €0,25 per km or a full public transport allowance, depending on your preference.

About your qualities
You share our passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety and security and stimulate their development. Additionally, you hold an MBO, HBO, or WO degree that qualifies you to work in childcare.
