Willen we samen peuters een vliegende start geven? Op onze locatie de Wittenstraat In Amsterdam West, we create a warm, familiar environment every day where children discover the world through play.

Voor onze peutergroep zoeken we een pedagogical professional/Pedagogical assistant* the one from February ons team komt versterken. Eerder starten op de locatie is ook mogelijk, we kijken graag samen naar wat het beste past.

Op onze peutergroep draait alles om ontdekken, groeien en zelfvertrouwen opbouwen. Met uitdagende activiteiten, veel ruimte voor spel en persoonlijke aandacht bereiden we peuters stap voor stap voor op de basisschool. We werken nauw samen en zorgen voor een sfeer waarin kinderen, ouders én collega’s zich welkom voelen.

Our location
We werken vanuit een karakteristiek oud schoolgebouw met hoge plafonds, veel daglicht en een ruime, groene tuin waar we iedere dag met de kinderen naar buiten gaan. De locatie ligt vlak bij het Westerpark en is uitstekend bereikbaar per fiets en OV. In de buurt vinden we gezellige koffietentjes en winkels, ideaal voor een fijne pauze of een boodschap na werktijd.

Pedagogical professional is the new name for pedagogical employee; a name that better suits the professionals who dedicate themselves to our wonderful profession every day.

We offer you

Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.681 – €3.684 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
Contract: We start with a annual contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December). 

Academy Evening & Development HouseOnce a year, we organize an academy evening, an informative and enjoyable gathering with drinks afterward. In addition, every employee has access to our Development Center, where you can participate in workshops and training sessions to further develop your skills.
Travel reimbursementYou will receive a travel allowance of €0,25 per km or a full public transport allowance, depending on your preference.

About your qualities

You share our passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety and security and stimulate their development. Additionally, you hold an MBO, HBO, or WO degree that qualifies you to work in childcare.
