Topkids opens sustainable and innovative childcare location in Zeist

At Topkids, we're thrilled! We'll soon be opening our newest gem: a sustainable and innovative childcare center in the vibrant heart of Zeist!

Since its launch in December 2010 in Soest, Topkids has grown into a thriving organization with several locations. The arrival of Zeist Patijnpark, as the new location has been named, meets the growing demand for quality childcare in Zeist.

A dream location with endless possibilities

Where a delivery service used to be, we at Topkids saw a hidden gem in this building. "We were immediately captivated by the endless possibilities and the unique atmosphere this location exudes," says label director Bregje de Saint Aulaire enthusiastically. "Located in the heart of the neighborhood, between schools and various amenities, Zeist Patijnpark offers a cozy and surprising environment for the littlest ones."

The transformation of the warehouse into a modern daycare center and after-school care facility is well underway. Under the guidance of a dedicated architect, they are working hard on a design that bathes in natural light. For example, part of the roof will be removed and a patio will be added to create additional sunlight. Sustainability is a top priority at Topkids, and this is reflected in the new building. For example, a heat recovery ventilation unit, excellent insulation, and an interior made of natural materials such as cocoa marmoleum and eco-PVC will be used.

A warm home for every child

At Topkids, we believe it's important that children feel at home. The new location exudes warmth and coziness. The daycare center will be decorated in our familiar style, with cozy groups where every child feels safe. The after-school care area will have a stylish look with various play areas, a view of the courtyard garden via the patio, and a large kitchen island with a lowered section, perfect for cozy cooking activities with the children. During the school holidays, children from various Topkids locations in the area can come together for a wide range of activities packed with fun and adventure.

Besides the child-friendly indoor spaces, Zeist Patijnpark also features a lounge area, a studio, and a beautiful garden where children can play and run to their heart's content. Several soccer fields are also located nearby, where sports enthusiasts can fully enjoy themselves.
