As Pedagogical Professional you and your colleagues go to work full of energy and fun. Together you are responsible for the daily Childcare, development and care of the children. You ensure that the children, ranging in age from 0 to 4 years, can develop, play and grow in a safe and pleasant environment. 

You supervise and stimulate the children, both in groups and individually, and liaise with parents/caregivers. In addition, together with your colleagues, you make an active and professional contribution to consultation forms. 

You share with us the passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety, security and stimulate the children in their development. In addition, you hold an intermediate or higher vocational degree that allows you to work in childcare.

Doesn't your degree qualify you? You can obtain the necessary papers with us through the BBL track or Side entry traject .

Salary: a good salary (scale 6) between €2,385 - €3,192 gross per month based on 36 hours, in accordance with the collective labor agreement for childcare, depending on your education and experience.
You will also receive 8% vacation allowance (paid in May) and 3% end of year allowance (paid in December).
Contract: a contract for 12 months, after that we offer you a contract for an indefinite period of time if you function well.
Vacation days: you have 26 vacation days per year (based on 36 hours).

Vitality program: at De Kleine Wereld we think vitality is important. The content of this program is up to you. There is a wide choice of webinars, online programs and online coaching. In addition, we work together with Sportcity and you can exercise for free.
Academy days & team outings: every spring and fall an academy day is organized for all of DKW. Instructive and fun! We end the day with a drink. In addition, each Location organizes a team outing every year, the content of which you determine yourself with your colleagues at Location.
Childcare Academy: there are extensive opportunities to develop yourself through our DKW Academy in the directions you find interesting.
