Employee After School Care

As Pedagogical Professional you will go to work with your colleagues with full energy and fun. Together you will be responsible for the daily Childcare, care and development of the children. The ages range from 4 to 12 years old. You guide the children both in groups and individually. You organize challenging activities aimed at the development of the children. In addition, together with your colleagues you provide an active and professional contribution to consultation forms and share the daily care of the group rooms.

You share with us the passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety, security and encourage the children in their development.

In addition, hold a mbo diploma or college degree that allows you to work in childcare.

Doesn't your degree qualify you? You can obtain the necessary papers with us through the BBL track or Side entry traject .

Salary: a good salary between €2,385 - €3,192 gross per month o.b.v. 36 hours per week, according to CAO Childcare scale 6, depending on your education and experience.
You will also receive 8% vacation allowance (paid in May) and 3% end of year allowance (paid in December).
Contract: a contract for 12 months, after that we offer you a contract for an indefinite period of time if you function well.
Vacation days: you have 26 vacation days per year (based on 36 hours).

Vitality program: at De Kleine Wereld we think vitality is important. The content of this program is up to you. There is a wide choice of webinars, online programs and online coaching. In addition, we work together with Sportcity and you can exercise for free.
Academy days & team outings: every spring and fall an academy day is organized for all of DKW. Instructive and fun! We end the day with a drink. In addition, each Location organizes a team outing every year, the content of which you determine yourself with your colleagues at Location.
Childcare Academy: there are extensive opportunities to develop yourself through our DKW Academy in the directions you find interesting.
Priority and discounted child placement: you have priority access to Locations at De Kleine Wereld for your own child and receive a 5% discount.
