BBL in childcare
As an educational professional, you are a rock for the children, a listening ear, or the one who gives them that extra push to let them develop to their heart's content... They develop every day! But that applies to you too.
With a BBL program, you learn the profession of a pedagogical professional from the inside out. You combine working and learning: three days a week you work in childcare or preschool. Would you prefer to work in out-of-school care? Then you work four afternoons at the BSO. One day a week you go to school. You immediately apply what you learn during your training in practice. You take what you experience in the group back to school.
Paid to learn
A BBL program requires your full time and commitment. Therefore, you will receive a salary as stipulated in the Collective Labour Agreement for Childcare (scale 5). After obtaining your diploma, as a pedagogical professional, you can count on a salary in scale 6.
