Internal complaintsprocedures

At De Kleine Wereld We work every day to provide the best childcare. We believe this can only be achieved in collaboration with parents, where open communication and sharing experiences are central. Nevertheless, things can occasionally go wrong. Complaints or signs of dissatisfaction offer valuable insights that contribute to improving our services.

De Kleine Wereld conducts a quarterly analysis of officially registered complaints. The results are discussed internally to identify trends and recurring signals. If necessary, improvement measures are established and implemented based on these insights, with the aim of continuously improving the quality of care and services.

If you, as a parent (or external party), are dissatisfied with something, we would greatly appreciate it if you discuss this as soon as possible with the person involved or who was involved. If it concerns a situation within the group, this is often the pedagogical professional or the location manager. If it concerns a contract or terms and conditions, this is an employee of the service bureau. If you are unable to resolve the matter together or are not satisfied with the solution, you can file an internal complaint with our complaints officer.
