Daycare (KDV) childcare for your child.

De Kleine Wereld A world of its own, where children are given the opportunity to develop optimally in a safe, familiar, and loving environment. In a homely atmosphere, we encourage natural curiosity and give your child individual attention.

A caring and reliable relationship with the pedagogical staff is therefore important. A baby follows its own rhythm. We are in this childvolgend and follow the rhythm at home as much as possible, in consultation with parents.

Our Daycare (KDV) childcare

At the daycare center (0-4 years) we care for children in horizontal and vertical groups.

This stable and social environment allows children to develop safely.

Each child at daycare is cared for in their own group; the so-called home group. The home group is where children have their regular meal and nap times. Throughout the day, there are several times when a child is not in their home group. This includes drop-off and pick-up times, outdoor play, and the open-door policy.

A pleasant, homely environment and a consistent daily schedule give children a safe and secure feeling. This is essential for children to develop well.

Activities at the daycare center

All the activities we offer contribute to the children's development. Variety and variety in the activities offered are important to playfully address all developmental areas. This includes social-emotional, motor, language, cognitive, sensory, and creative development.

Children can participate in activities at their own level. We ensure that activities are designed so that children of different developmental levels can participate. And above all, we offer children the space to engage in activities in their own way.

Because activities connect well with their world of experience, children can develop imaginative play and learn all kinds of new concepts and words.

They will review all the necessary information with you and, if necessary, place you on our waiting list. This may happen if there is no immediate availability at the requested location.

Why am I on the waiting list and what is the expected wait time?

When placing and scheduling children, several factors play a role in placing a child on the waiting list. These include the desired days and start date, the child's age, and cancellations from children already placed. We always consider the staff-to-child ratio. In some situations, children are given priority, such as placing siblings of children already placed. This is our internal waiting list. As soon as a place becomes available, we will contact you to further process the contract. We strive to place as many children as possible within De Kleine Wereld.

Our core values

Children are unique individuals; they are strong, talented, and have a natural drive for self-development. They are curious and explore the world at their own level, at their own pace, and according to their own abilities and character.

De Kleine Wereld offers the child a complementary environment at home and at school. It is therefore crucial that we arrange the child's care in consultation with the parents. We offer an environment full of possibilities. With us, the child experiences different things and develops partly through contact with other children and adults. All this makes the care at De Kleine Wereld an essential part of education.
