Do we want to give toddlers a flying start together? At our location de Wittenstraat In Amsterdam West, we create a warm, familiar environment every day where children discover the world through play.
We are looking for a for our toddler group pedagogical professional/Pedagogical assistant* the one from February to join our team. Starting at the location sooner is also possible; we are happy to discuss what suits you best.

In our toddler group, everything revolves around discovery, growth, and building self-confidence. With challenging activities, plenty of room for play, and personal attention, we prepare toddlers step by step for primary school. We work closely together and create an atmosphere where children, parents, and colleagues feel welcome.
Our location
We work from a characteristic old school building with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a spacious, green garden where we go outside with the children every day. The location is close to Westerpark and is Easily accessible by bicycle and public transport. In the neighborhood, we find cozy coffee shops and stores, ideal for a nice break or running errands after work.

We offer you
Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.681 – €3.684 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
Contract: We start with a annual contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December).
Academy Evening & Development HouseOnce a year, we organize an academy evening, an informative and enjoyable gathering with drinks afterward. In addition, every employee has access to our Development Center, where you can participate in workshops and training sessions to further develop your skills.
Travel reimbursementYou will receive a travel allowance of €0,25 per km or a full public transport allowance, depending on your preference.

About your qualities
You share our passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety and security and stimulate their development. Additionally, you hold an MBO, HBO, or WO degree that qualifies you to work in childcare.
