We are looking for an enthusiastic pedagogical professional/pedagogical staff member* for our vertical group (0-4 years) at the Fire Dirk Ochsepark on IJburg.
A day with us
Imagine this: you cycle or take tram 26 to IJburg and step into a warm, bright group. The children arrive and we start the day together. There is playing, cuddling, and exploring, indoors or in our spacious, green garden. During the break, you grab a coffee with your colleagues around the corner or take a walk along the water. At the end of the day, you go home feeling good.
Our location
We are located in the heart of modern, child-friendly IJburg, surrounded by water, greenery, and space. Inside, it is homely and bright, while outside we have a large garden where children can play and discover nature. And with tram 26, you can be at Amsterdam Central Station in no time: the tranquility of IJburg with the city within easy reach.
Your role
You guide children aged 0 to 4 in their development. You provide safety, warmth, and security, and playfully stimulate their curiosity, self-confidence, and talents. Together with your colleagues and in contact with parents, you create a place where every child is allowed to develop at their own pace.

We offer you
Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.681 – €3.684 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
Contract: We start with a annual contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December).

About your qualities
