For our vertical group (0-4 years) we are looking for a pedagogical professional/pedagogical staff member* who wants to contribute to the development of young children with attention, calm, and joy.
In our vertical group, we guide children aged 0 to 4 through every stage of their development. We create a safe and familiar environment where children feel seen and secure, and are given the space to discover the world through play. Together, we ensure a wonderful day filled with attention, care, play, and development. We work closely with parents and build a trusted environment where every child can develop at their own pace.
Our location is situated in a charming old school building with high ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light. Inside, there is a warm, homey atmosphere, and outside, we have a spacious, green garden where the children can play and explore to their heart's content every day.
The location is close to Westerpark and is easily accessible by bike and public transport. In the neighborhood, you will find various shops and cozy coffee shops, ideal for running errands or grabbing a good cup of coffee before or after your workday.

We offer you
Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.681 – €3.684 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
Contract: We start with a annual contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December).
Academy Evening & Development HouseOnce a year, we organize an academy evening, an informative and enjoyable gathering with drinks afterward. In addition, every employee has access to our Development Center, where you can participate in workshops and training sessions to further develop your skills.
Travel reimbursementYou will receive a travel allowance of €0,25 per km or a full public transport allowance, depending on your preference.

About your qualities
You share our passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety and security and stimulate their development. Additionally, you hold an MBO, HBO, or WO degree that qualifies you to work in childcare.
