For our location Van Hilligaertstraat in Amsterdam De Pijp we are looking for one professional/pedagogical staff member* for the vertical group (0–4 years). Our location houses both the daycare center and an out-of-school care group.
The workday
No two days are the same with us. We take the toddlers to the petting zoo, the preschoolers to Artis, and organize baby massages for the very little ones. Sometimes we walk to the market to get fish. During the municipal elections, we voted together. Personal input and initiative are central to our approach; we do it together.
The garden
Big, green, and in use every day. Climbing, running, digging, and that is right in the middle of it all. De Pijp special. Our outdoor space is an extension of the group and offers endless possibilities.
The team
Everyone brings something different, and that is precisely our strength. One is creative, another sporty, and yet another takes the most beautiful photos of the children. Four times a year, we organize a parent-child activity together: stamppot evening, summer party, swap meet—always with the entire team. We work together, contribute ideas, and build genuine connections. With each other, the children, and the parents. Because when the team is right, the children notice it too.

The location is easily accessible by tram, bus, and bicycle.

We offer you
Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.681 – €3.684 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
Contract: We start with a annual contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December).

About your qualities
