About work
For our location Juliana we are looking for one pedagogical professional/pedagogical staff member* for 3 days a week in our vertical group (0-4 years). Do you have a preference for a different number of days? Then we would be happy to look at the possibilities together!

Juliana is a special place in the heart of Amsterdam: we are the city's oldest daycare center. We are now located in a modern, bright building specifically designed for childcare. Behind the front door, you will find a quiet, home-like environment with spacious group rooms and an adventurous outdoor playground. With us, everything revolves around personal attention, creativity, and discovery—a place where children and professionals can grow to their full potential.

Juliana Located in the historic center, close to De Bijenkorf. During your break, you can easily grab a delicious coffee at one of the cozy coffee shops nearby, take a stroll, or run a quick errand. Due to our location in the heart of the city, we are very easily accessible by both bicycle and public transport.

*Pedagogical professional is the new name for pedagogical employee, a name that better suits the professionals who work day in and day out for our wonderful profession.
We offer you
Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.681 – €3.684 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
Contract: We start with a annual contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December).
Academy Evening & Development HouseOnce a year, we organize an academy evening, an informative and enjoyable gathering with drinks afterward. In addition, every employee has access to our Development Center, where you can participate in workshops and training sessions to further develop your skills.
Travel reimbursementYou will receive a travel allowance of €0,25 per km or a full public transport allowance, depending on your preference.

About your qualities
You share our passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety and security and stimulate their development. Additionally, you hold an MBO, HBO, or WO degree that qualifies you to work in childcare.
