For our location on Haveneiland in Amsterdam IJburg we are looking for a pedagogical professional/pedagogical staff member* for the vertical group (0–4 years) for three days a week. You will work in a small, enthusiastic team where everyone knows each other: colleagues, children, and parents. Would a different number of days suit your situation better? Making a real difference every day
Together, we guide children aged 0 to 4 in their very first discoveries. In our vertical group, the little ones learn from the big ones and vice versa, and you are the constant factor in that. You are creative, enjoy being outdoors, and know that a long hallway can also be a play area. From taking out recycling paper to an annual toddler or preschooler outing with parents, your initiative counts with us.
Small, familiar and spoiled with outdoor space
Our location on Haveneiland It is small and manageable, and that is exactly what makes it so nice. We know all the children, all the parents, and all the colleagues. There is a front garden with a sandbox where the sun shines beautifully in the spring, as well as a spacious back garden. By Amsterdam standards, we are truly spoiled.
We're right on the water, and the jetties across from us are a wonderful place to catch your breath. There's a small park 200 meters away, coffee shops within walking distance, and in the summer, the ice cream parlor. A three-stop tram ride takes you to a shopping center with HEMA, Albert Heijn, and Bagels & Beans.

We offer you
Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.681 – €3.684 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
Contract: We start with a annual contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December).

About your qualities
You share our passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety and security and stimulate their development. Additionally, you hold an MBO, HBO, or WO degree that qualifies you to work in childcare.
