About reading aloud. About the adventures with a special suitcase: a book, and all the materials from the story included. So that imagination doesn't stop at the page, but truly comes to life. Children who step into the story, feel it, and experience it.
That says it all about our team. We don't just guide; we figure out how to truly take children along in their own imagination. And for this location, we are looking for a new colleague (pedagogical professional/pedagogical staff member*)
Making a difference every day, together
In our vertical group, we guide children aged 0 to 4 in their very first discoveries. The little ones learn from the big ones and vice versa, and you are the constant factor in this. We love going outside, know that a long hallway can also be a play area, and appreciate it when you come up with ideas. From taking out recycling paper to an annual toddler or preschooler outing: your initiative really counts here.
Small, familiar and spoiled with outdoor space
Our location is small and manageable, and that is exactly what makes it so nice. We know all the children, all the parents, and all the colleagues. There is a front garden with a sandbox where the sun shines beautifully in the spring, as well as a spacious back garden. We are situated by the water; the jetties opposite us are a nice place to catch your breath. There is a small park 200 meters away, coffee shops within walking distance, and in the summer: the ice cream shop.

*Pedagogical professional is the new name for pedagogical employee, a name that better suits the professionals who work day in and day out for our wonderful profession.
We offer you
Salary: An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2.681 – €3.684 gross per month Based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement. Salary depends on your education and experience.
Contract: We start with a annual contract.
HolidaysYou will receive 210 hours of vacation leave per year based on a 36-hour working week.
Holiday allowance and end-of-year bonusYou will receive 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an 8% end-of-year bonus (paid in December).

About your qualities
