Location
Location De Edelsteen is located in the middle of the diverse and vibrant diamond district and is located on the second floor of a beautifully renovated, former school building.
Group spaces
Inside there are homely and warmly decorated group rooms where children are invited to play in the various play corners and rest corners where a book can be read. There is a studio in the building where all kinds of creative activities are organized. Each group has separate bedrooms and each child has their own bed available.
Outdoor play
Besides the group rooms, the Location also offers a gymnasium, a large indoor garden in which we grow vegetables and flowers in the vegetable garden, among other things, with the children. In front of the building we also use the playground.

At Location De Edelsteen we also offer VVE & After School Care care so there is a diverse team using each other's talents and unique creativity. Together they are a committed and professional team who put attention and love for child and parents first.

At Location De Edelsteen we also offer VE care. At the toddler group De Oceanen, toddlers can go exploring in our special (VE-recognized) toddler groups, where they explore under the specialized guidance of two (VE) qualified staff members. In the group, in the corridor, in the garden or outside Location: there is something to discover everywhere!
The group is set up so that the child can explore independently which ultimately allows the child to play and learn. There is room to play alone and there are places that encourage interaction. There are open places to play but also corners where a child feels unseen. The distance proximity of a child to a professional contributes to the different phase that play has.
Basic spots can be found in all groups.

Location
In a beautifully renovated, former school building, named 'De Edelsteen we offer After School Care care for children aged 0-13 years.
Group spaces
We think it is important that children and parents feel at home with us. Therefore, our Location on the Smaragdplein is homey and warmly decorated, there are plants and various corners where children can quietly read a book or rest after school.
Besides the group rooms, the Location also offers a gymnasium and a large indoor garden with a vegetable garden, in which we grow vegetables, herbs and flowers with the children, among other things. In front of the building we also use the playground and soccer field.
