For our Locations De Boomspijker in the center of Amsterdam and Steigereiland on IJburg we are looking for sporty enthusiastic new colleagues for the Sport After School Care (days negotiable).
At After School Care Steigereiland, much attention is also paid to nature experiences. When the weather is bad, there are various options within the Location. The rooms are then set up to match the themes. For example, table tennis or table soccer can be played, climbing on the climbing wall or playing games. In the other group rooms, things brought from nature can be examined with microscopes and experiments can be done with them. The Location also hosts our regular After School Care, with an emphasis on creativity. There is a children's cooking cafe, theater room, studio and chil and reading room.
At After School Care de Boomsspijker we work with monthly themes. Children learn a different sport/game every month. Sports are played on the sports fields in the heart of Amsterdam. Children learn the rules, disciplines of the sport and play the final game together. Afterwards, the children have the opportunity to play freely with sports materials before being picked up.
During vacations, fun sports programs and clinics are organized. In addition, various sports activities are available for the After School Care children. Such as Sports Camp, Survival Week, King's Games and the Kidsrun.

work
As Pedagogical Professional you will go to work with your colleagues with full energy and fun. You are jointly responsible for the daily care, development and leisure activities of children aged 4 to 12. You guide the children both in groups and individually. You organize challenging sports activities aimed at the development of the children. In addition, together with your colleagues you provide an active and professional contribution to consultation forms and share the daily care of the group rooms.

You share with us the passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety, security and stimulate the children in their development. You can express your creativity in devising and carrying out sports activities with the children.
In addition, hold a mbo diploma or college degree that allows you to work in childcare.

We
offer
you
Salary: a good salary between €2.539,- - €3.489,- gross per month based on 36 hours per week, according to CLA Childcare scale 6, depending on your education and experience.
You will also receive 8% vacation allowance (paid in May) and 3% end of year allowance (paid in December).
Contract: a contract for 12 months, after that we offer you a contract for an indefinite period of time if you function well.
Vacation days: you have 26 vacation days per year (based on 36 hours).

Academy days & team outings: every spring and fall an academy day is organized for all of DKW. Instructive and fun! We end the day with a drink. In addition, each Location organizes a team outing every year, the content of which you determine yourself with your colleagues at Location.
Childcare Academy: there are extensive opportunities to develop yourself through our DKW Academy in the directions you find interesting.
Priority and discounted child placement: you have priority access to Locations at De Kleine Wereld for your own child and receive a 5% discount.
